Sprung ball and socket bogie mounting with sprung side control
Urie cab included in the kit together with Urie chimney, safety valve cover, smokebox door, covers etc
Demountable cylinders and valve gear, secured to the chassis with bayonet brackets and screws.
The construction is simplified by the use of lost wax cast corners. These avoid the need for difficult bending and filing away at
large lumps of solder.
The tender features both bogies independently compensated for good, solid, reliable ride. Each suspension unit is held in place by
screws to allow for easier maintenance, as is the brake gear.
